We visit your property, assess the surfaces, discuss your tile choices, and provide a clear, itemised quote. No vague estimates — you know exactly what you're paying for before we start.
No ObligationSurface Preparation
Every successful tiling job starts below the surface. We level substrates, repair damage, apply primers, and, where required, install certified waterproofing membranes. This is the stage where corners get cut on cheaper jobs. We don't.
PS3 Certified WaterproofingPrecision Installation
Tiles are laid to a planned layout, with consistent grout lines, balanced cuts, and correct falls in wet areas. We use full-coverage adhesive bedding on every tile — no spot-fixing, no shortcuts.
Full-Coverage AdhesiveGrouting, Sealing & Sign-Off
We finish with quality grout, seal where required, and clean the site before handover. If PS3 documentation is needed, we provide it. We don't consider a job done until you're happy with it.
